What do you do day to day for Bracken?
No one day is the same to the next, it is driven by demands of the day. General duties include greeting visitors and clients and making them feel welcome, dealing with telephone calls and directing them appropriately. Assisting clients with any request whether it be patching in internet ports or printing and sending documents.

What’s one thing you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I enjoy going on long scenic walks, exploring new places. I also enjoy drawing every so often and spending time with my family.

What’s your biggest pet peeve?
My biggest pet peeve is people eating loudly!
 

What’s your most memorable moment from your time working at Bracken?
There has been so many great moments working at Bracken, but the main things that stick out for me is decorating for holidays like Christmas (the over 6ft tree!) & Easter – one year we were thinking of ways we can treat our clients and give a little gift back to them, so we decided to do our own version of an easter egg hunt but instead of eggs we used mini chick figures all around the building for everyone to find and if they did they got some chocolate eggs from us, the whole building got involved, they were so grateful and had such a great time. It really brings the whole building together which I absolutely love!
