What do you do day to day for Bracken?
Welcome visitors to the building and direct them to the correct office they require and receive calls for clients in the building, I also receive and deliver clients' post and parcels, arrange for postal items to be collected by couriers and generally look after everyone in our offices. As well as looking after our clients, I have lots of different duties that help make the building run smoothly too.

What’s one thing you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I love spending time at the coast in my caravan with family, friends and my much loved dogs and not forgetting helping out with my daughters' horses too.

What’s your most memorable moment from your time working at Bracken?
I have had so many funny and special memories here at Bracken that I have found it hard to choose - maybe the funniest moment was the time I sent an email to a client telling him what I'd had for lunch because hadn’t realised I had sent it to the wrong person.
