What size offices are available?

We have a vast range of offices available from an office with just 1 workstation all the way up to offices that will accommodate 30 workstations.

Do you have meeting rooms?

Indeed we do. We have a total of 10 meeting rooms across all three centres that can be rented from as little as half an hour up to a number of days.

How quickly can I move in?

As all the infrastructure is already in place, you can move in as quickly as you want.

What about telephones?

We have a state of the art Polycom telephone system installed. Subject to your requirements, each active workstation is provided with a handset, a direct dial telephone number and voicemail facility.

Will my computer work?

Of course! We have Cat 5e cabling and data sockets for each desk and some spare for additional devices if needed. We will configure your system so that all your computers will be networked together yet be safe and secure from other occupiers.

Can I gain access to the internet?

You will automatically be connected to our high speed internet along with firewalls and anti-invasion modules to keep you safe.

Can I use my own fax machine & printer?

Yes, analogue lines have been provided for fax machines and you can easily connect to your own desktop printer. Alternatively you can make use of the centralised services for faxing, printing & copying.

What furniture is provided?

We have furnished your suite with desks, ergonomically designed operators chairs, under desk storage pedestals and tambour storage units.

What security measures are in place?

All entrances are secured by a fob/card access system, plus we have 24 hour remote CCTV monitoring. There are also alarms in each of the buildings and overnight mobile security patrols.

What is the minimum term & deposit?

Our minimum term is 3 months. Our deposit is the equivalent of 2 months rent.

What are the centres opening times?

Access to your office is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and your reception is open from 9.00am to 5.30pm
