What do you do day to day for Bracken?
I take care of the front of house duties at Calls Wharf and this includes looking after the day to day running of the building, taking calls, welcoming guests and lots of other general admin tasks.

What’s one thing you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
Spending time with the family and socialising with friends!

What’s your biggest pet peeve?
I think my biggest pet peeve is when people forget to use their manners. Please and thank you really do go a very long way.
