What do you do day to day for Bracken?
Not as much as I used to do as we have amazing people doing the hard work! I’m always here when needed though.

What’s one thing you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I’ve got 3 teenage kids, so they still take up a lot of my focus outside work. Other than that I play golf (badly!)  and watch rugby and football - I’m a long suffering Leeds fan.

What’s your biggest pet peeve?
Arrogance - no one is better than anyone else, we all have different strengths and weaknesses which should be embraced.

What’s your most memorable moment from your time working at Bracken?
There has been lots of ups and downs over the past 25 years, but what sticks with me most is the inspirational work spaces we have created and all the interesting and diverse people I have dealt with over the years.
