Unless you've broken it, there's no reason it shouldn’t! Once we've got you registered on the wifi, you’re all set to go.
Printer - of course. You can network your own printer either wirelessly or hardwired. Alternatively if you only print every now and again, you can use our centralised service at reception. As technology has advanced, we've phased out analogue lines so a fax machine wouldn't work.
We use domain based connectivity so as soon as you've connected to our wifi, you’re good to go.  We also have firewalls and anti-invasion modules to keep you safe.

Coworking
Coworking is a way of working where individuals and small teams share a professional workspace. Instead of committing to a long-term office, you can work from an environment fully equipped with desks, meeting areas and amenities, alongside other like-minded people. At the B-Hive, coworking combines the freedom of working remotely with the structure and atmosphere of a high-quality workspace.
Hot desking means you can use any available desk in the space, rather than having one assigned permanently. It’s ideal if you want flexibility and variety in your working day. The B-Hive offers hot desking as part of its standard membership, giving you the freedom to work how and where you like within the space.
The B-Hive is part of Bracken Workspace Plus and is based in Leeds, making it a convenient option for anyone looking for coworking space in Leeds city centre or nearby areas.
Working from the B-Hive gives you:
* A professional, well-designed workspace
* A better separation between home and work
* Opportunities to meet and connect with others
* Access to shared amenities without managing them yourself

 It’s a simple way to upgrade your working environment.

Yes. Bracken Workspace Plus occasionally hosts events such as workshops and sessions, including things like podcast workshops. These can be a great way to learn new skills and connect with others in the space.
The B-Hive focuses on providing a premium coworking environment with a simple, month to month membership structure. Rather than complicated packages, you get a straightforward choice between hot desking and a dedicated desk, all within a well-designed, professional setting.
That depends on your working style, but many people find coworking offers:
* Fewer distractions
* A clearer routine
* A more professional setting for calls and meetings
* Increased motivation from being around others

The B-Hive is designed to give you those benefits while still keeping flexibility.
A dedicated desk is your own fixed workstation and locker within our coworking area. You’ll use the same desk every time you come in, which is ideal if you prefer consistency or need to leave equipment set up. At the B-Hive, this is included in the Premium membership.
Yes, many members use coworking spaces as their main place of work. The B-Hive is designed to function as a professional, full-time workspace for freelancers, remote workers and small teams.
Flexible Working
Flexible working is a model that allows employees to split their place of work between the office environment and working from home and/or other remote locations. It gives individuals more autonomy when deciding their work schedules resulting in a more positive work-life balance.
Often flexible working attracts a bigger talent pool and results in better employee retention rates. This combined with a better work-life balance is shown to increase a worker’s productivity and ultimately the business’s productivity overall.
First and foremost, you need good infrastructure and technology, a secure and reliable internet connection, portable devices such as laptops and videoconferencing equipment are all a vital part of successful flexible working.
It varies widely. Research by Gallup suggests one third do 1 day a week in the office, one third are on-site 2-3 days a week and one third complete 4 days a week in the office. This highlights the key advantage of flexilbe working, it gives businesses and employees the freedom to choose what works best for them.
Findings show that flexible working supports a better work-life balance and contributes to a healthier workforce. Research from Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) found that 69% of employees using flexible working cited improved work-life balance as the primary benefit.  The flexibility provides more time for exercise and other pursuits for improved mental health.
