We're looking for an ethusiastic Front of House Customer Service representative to join our team at The Tannery on Kirkstall Road.
Initial duties will include (although not restricted to):
- Handling all incoming Business Centre telephone calls and directing them accordingly
- Meeting, greeting and introducing all visitors
- Collating and distributing post
- Manage people traffic in and out of the building (visitors, deliveries, maintenance workers etc)
- Provide admin support
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Manage the car park usage and billing of car park use.
- First point of contact for occupiers. Deal with requests and/or issues
- Log all additional services provided to occupiers for recharging/invoicing
- Monitor contractor and supplier performance and deal with any issues
- Operating different computer programs
Due to the nature of the business we will expect flexibility and initiative from the team members.
