Given that Bracken Business Centres are a Leeds based company and we operate our three business centres locally, we have made a conscious decision to not compromise on quality and use other local businesses wherever possible. There’s huge benefit to ‘staying local’ not only are you supporting local businesses and therefore your local economy, but we find relationships with local businesses so much better than using a large national or international corporate company.
We recently switched our sanitary contracts from a large multi-national to a local company and today, we took delivery of our new vending machines, supplied by Clean Eats Vending based in York.
Our reception artwork was all commissioned by a local artist based in Guiseley and all our major wall vinyls are created and installed by Digital Plus, based just down the road in Kirskstall.
Our Planned Preventative Maintenance is all carried out by CTS, based in Cookridge and our fit out contractors are based locally. We use a local, Ilkley based company for all our cleaning needs and we really value the relationships that we build with our local suppliers. Plus, we’re helping the environment too – generally locally supplied products and people aren’t moving as far thereby using less fuel.
