This is a fantastic office just off reception on the ground floor at The Tannery. It has a big window on the front of the building that provides plenty of natural daylight. It’s a really convenient space being close to reception, the meeting rooms and the kitchen and with a 2 workstation capacity it’s a perfect start up office.
As with all our office spaces, the suite is fully furnished with all your desks and chairs and includes 5Mb of dedicated bandwidth. If you need a bit more juice, then our 1Gb primary circuit and 100Mb backup circuits mean we can provide secure, bespoke internet and communication services if you need them. All you need to do is let us know.

The Tannery sits just one mile outside Leeds’ city centre, at the heart of the city’s media corridor based on Kirkstall Road. It’s an out of town workspace that makes the most of the extra space, extensive on site car parking and fantastic road links. The building, true to its name, started life as an actual tannery back in 1876 and to this day the carved cow’s head can still be seen above the old factory gates. Today the building’s thick walls, large windows and high ceilings provide robust, bright workspaces and the stone façade adds some serious kerb appeal.
There are three meeting rooms to choose from at The Tannery
The Green Room, ideal for 2 to 4 people
The Mustard Suite, ideal for 6 to 8 people
The Board Room, ideal for 8 to 10 people
So, whether you're hosting a board meeting or you just need to get a few heads together in a private space, our friendly team can help. Booking is really flexible and we're always on hand to keep you topped up with tea, coffee and water too.

Above on beyond that, we can offer tailored IT services to suit your business and your preferred way of working, be it remote, on site, or a hybrid of both. If you need more bandwidth you can increase it, if you need advanced voice services including call answering and call management, messaging services, voicemail and call recording you can add it on.
