A luxurious meeting space perfect for collaborative planning, important meetings and private talks. It has a large meeting room table that can comfortably seat ten people as well as fast connectivity and conferencing technology. With data sockets neatly hidden in desk ports, you can easily connect to the TV screen to display to your clients, customers and staff.  

With a recent investment in new meeting room furniture, you can enjoy the luxury of Naughtone chairs. Located at Calls Wharf, the space enjoys plenty of natural light and boasts eyecatching and always on-trend exposed brickwork. It’s a stone’s throw from Leeds strain station and indeed Leeds’ bus station too, so it’s perfect for when your guests are travelling from further afield. 

Like all our meeting rooms, it’s also supported by our friendly reception team, on hand to greet your guests and keep everyone topped up with tea, coffee and water and there is free guest WiFi (naturally!).

Meeting Rooms
This riverside workspace sits on the banks of the River Aire, right at the heart of Leeds’ creative quarter. Professionals working here thrive amongst the city’s trendiest bars and restaurants and bounce off the area’s edgier vibes. It’s just five minutes by foot from Leeds Train Station and features plenty of space for bicycles, skateboards, running shoes, unicycles and all other green methods of transportation to help keep our carbon footprint small and our city’s air clean.

Large windows flood the building with plenty of natural light and high ceilings create a sense of space throughout all the workspaces. Elsewhere vaulted ceilings, exposed brickwork and original beams mix effortlessly with our contemporary décor and state of the art technology.

The building features 33 stylish offices arranged over four floors, alongside three impressive meeting rooms and a large, welcoming reception where you’ll find our friendly team. 
There are three meeting rooms to choose from at Calls Wharf. 
  1. Meeting Room One, ideal for 8 people
  2. Meeting Room Two, ideal for 10 people
So, whether you're hosting a board meeting or you just need to get a few heads together in a private space, our friendly team can help. Booking is really flexible and we're always on hand to keep you topped up with tea, coffee and water too.
