“We first came across Denise and the Team at
Calls Wharf early in 2010. At the time we were a small business called Watson Moore and like many other smaller organisations we were exploring the use of serviced office space as an alternative to long term rental agreements. Sixteen years later we are still here, so our strategy for avoiding long term commitments has clearly failed in a big way!!”

It feels like they are an extension of our business, in all the years we’ve been here it has never felt like a serviced office, if that makes sense, our Clients and candidates regularly tell us how much they like the environment and the warmness and efficiency of the reception team.”

“A lot has happened over the period, we’ve seen any number of financial crises, near collapse of the banking system in the UK, a global pandemic, middle eastern conflicts and the closure of the Suez canal all of which impacted the economy and our business. Over the years we have moved office suites numerous times to accommodate the changing demands of our business and on every occasion we have received outstanding support; no matter how fussy we have been regarding layout/ partitioning/ branding or where to put the TV, dartboard or football table!”
The ability to flex, adapt, and support evolving needs is a big part of how relationships like this continue to grow over time.

“In recent times we have rebranded, received investment into our organisation and grown significantly but we still choose to remain at Calls Wharf. Bracken has constantly upgraded the office environments and services; in 2010 I’m not sure we would have imagined having an outside terrace, breakout areas, zoom rooms and podcast studios!”

“From the Friday beer fridge to regular events and epic Christmas parties Bracken look after their clients and keep everything fresh and updated. Which is why we’ll probably still be here in another sixteen years. So much for that strategy of avoiding long term commitments…”
