Why Albion Court Tops The List Of Serviced Offices In Leeds

A Little History

Albion Court was built in the Gothic Revival style in 1848 as the Church Institute. As the church institute the building was used to teach both religious and secular education to the local Leeds population. It boasted a lecture hall capable of holding 800 people as well as some smaller rooms intended for a little r and r. It’s also worthy of note that the British Deaf Institute was founded in this very building in 1890, so it really is steeped in history.

The architects Richard Adams and John Kelly pricked a prime location in the heart of what is now at the city’s retail district. It now has Grade II listed building status.

A Spot Of Geography

You can find Albion Court, at number 5 Albion Place. Leeds Train Station is just a five minute walk away on foot, or if you prefer to drive into the city, than an NCP car park sits just to the rear of the building offering convenient parking. Also within close proximity is the new Trinity Leeds shopping centre which offers high street retailers and plenty of tasty lunch options.  The new Victoria Gate Shopping Centre is just a stone’s throw away if fancy a spot of high end shopping.

A Few Friendly Faces

Businesses enjoying working at Albion Court also have the added benefit of being supported by the fabulous Albion Court front of house team. Rhianna, Julie and Tina can be found doing everything here from booking meeting rooms to welcoming in film crews the next, proving that Albion Court really is a lively business centre.

Available Spaces

Being in such a sought after location, it’s no wonder there are only two office spaces currently available at Albion Court. Suite 3.06 is a large office which can comfortably accommodate up to 18 workstations, or Suite 3.02 a super start up office overlooking Lands Lane.

It is light, bright and airy and being on the third floor, it’s benefits from plenty of natural light. It is fully air conditioned and can be personalised to suit your own branding thanks to the option of having a beautiful feature wall.
