Our Favourite Neighbours at Albion Court

Bracken Workspace Plus Our Favourite Neighbours at Albion Court
Albion Court is a city centre workspace situated in the heart of Leeds’ bustling business and retail quarter. Originally built as a Church Institute in 1848, the building still retains its gothic arches and patterned brickwork giving the building some serious kerb appeal. The large windows flood the workspaces and meeting rooms with plenty of natural light and the beautiful stonework adds real character. The building also features a number of first and second floor air-conditioned offices as well as three modern meeting rooms, stylish kitchen and breakout spaces. It’s just a six-minute walk from Leeds Train Station and just seven minutes from Leeds City Bus Station making it ideal for busy commuters.

This beautiful building is surrounded by high street names and luxury brands and for our clients based here there are no end of amenities and services available to them. When it comes to good neighbours it doesn’t get much better than what we have here at Albion Court.

Trinity Leeds is literally on the doorstep and home to some luxury brands such as Apple, Victoria’s Secret, Swarovski and Hollister along with popular high street stores such as Primark, Next and Marks & Spencers. Whether it’s a spot of lunch or an after-work meal, Trinity hosts a variety of options, in the main centre there are restaurants such as Wagamama’s, Nando’s and Giraffe but there is also Trinity Kitchen which offers a totally unique eating experience. The concept involves rotating six street food vans, offering the customer the chance to experience various flavours and cuisines from around the world in one place. There are also several permanent eateries including Chicago Rib shack, Rola Wala and the Doner Shack. We are extremely lucky to have all these amazing places literally within 5 minutes’ walk.

Being so central, Albion Court also benefits from having a plethora of coffee shops, including established favourites and independent baristas as neighbours, who are always on hand to serve your morning coffee. And for anybody wanting an after-work cocktail, restaurants such as Angelica’s offer not only a roof top terrace with an amazing view over the city, but cocktails that almost look too good to drink.

It’s not all about food and shopping though our clients at Albion Court also have easy access to The Gym, based in The Core just across the road. The Gym offers a huge weight area, over 40 cardio machines and a number of exercise classes that cater for all abilities and the bonus part is the gym is open 24 hours.

Within Trinity there is also the Everyman Cinema that has redefined the way we can watch films. This cinema offers sofa style seating where you can swap your soft drink for a lovely glass of wine and have freshly made pizza served to you.

For anybody wanting something a little more educational - the Henry Moore Institute is a short walk away, it hosts a number of historical, modern and contemporary exhibitions presenting sculpture from around the world.
Whatever your likes and dislikes are, Leeds has something for everyone and so for us and our clients at Albion Court who are right in the centre of this amazing, bustling, cosmopolitan city, the opportunities are neverending.
